During the last 20 years and 12000 plus heating and cooling installations, we have come across some very unique homes. This can be due to clearances both under floor and in roof
spaces, building material used like solid brick and blue stone or slate roofs and flat deck roofs.
For this project we installed a Bonaire Evaporative
Cooler on the flat deck roof with solid duct penetrating through the gables. Inside the solid duct we ran flexible insulated duct to wall mounted outlets
thus providing our customer cooling they thought not possible with evaporative cooling.
These photo's show a building development project we performed in
Doncaster for Orientemix Australia that consisted of 37 two storey homes. Conway were asked to provide heating and airconditioning to each customers individual needs.
For heating the customer could select from a vulcan 3 or 5 star gas ducted heater with options on; controllers, outlets and zoning.
For cooling purposes the customer could either
have add-on airconditioning connected to their heating system or an evaporative cooling system as pictured.
This project in Brighton was an ultra modern house made out of concrete. Conway installed 2 Lennox G24E4/5-120 extrernal heaters with Lennox air conditioning designed to service both
upstairs and downstairs separately.
Hydronic heating was installed in this majestic Toorak home. The house was built in the early 1800’s of bluestone and solid brick with 4 metre high ceilings. Conway installed the
hydronic system using 4 boilers divided into two zones, to 42 panels.
